As the years went by, son-in-law Bill Trout, came on board to handle service, repairs, Warehouse sales and installations. Bill is Certified through all of our suppliers who offer certification, meaning he has attended their "schools" and learned the in's, out's, and nitty gritty details of every product sold. He is also a MASTER STAIRLIFT INSTALLER, doubly certified by Bruno Independant Industries.

Several years later, daughter (and Bill's wife) Alexis Trout, L.P.N., joined the team as the company's Office Manager.
